Half Light Portraits From Black Australia is a photographic exhibition that will be on at the Art Gallery of NSW from 21 November 2008 - 22 February 2009.
"The first major survey of the work of Australian Indigenous artists engaging with the photographic medium and the portrait. Showcasing a range of techniques from classical black and white portraiture to digital images, the exhibition offers an unprecedented insight into the black experience that transcends national borders and the reality of the everyday."
